Eco Trekking
At the core of each eco-trekking adventure is our love for nature. Eco-tourism is the driving vehicle of our business concept. Climate change affects all of us in this world and whether or not we admit it, humans have destroyed a major part of the world’s natural environment. So in alignment with our commitment to offer the most enjoyable and great quality tours, we are also offering ourselves to contribute in environmental conservation. How do we do this? By taking you on trails where tourist footprint is almost zero. Our routes are unique and distinct that you won’t find them on any tourist map. Your professional guide is a local resident who is an expert on the ins and outs of Lahu Village. There will be plenty of trails to choose from. It will all depend on your physical readiness and time availability. Our guide constantly discovers new routes to embark on and it always involves untouched nature and inexpressibly beautiful parts of the forest that have yet to be explored. These experiences are for the adventurous and complete nature lovers. We believe that raising the level of awareness about the true beauty of our environment through our tours will help save our planet Earth. People will learn to renew their affection for Mother Nature. We can organize private tours for your group or you may join a group. Our group tours can accommodate a maximum of eight (8) people only.

Ping
Sawasdee Krab! I welcome everyone to my world. I am a member of the Lahu Tribe, born and raised in Thung Yua in the Mae Taeng district. I am inviting you to see my hometown and experience the lifestyle that our natural environment affords us to have. Verdant scenery, gorgeous view of the mountain that’s teeming with flora and fauna, and of course, the local community that welcomes everyone with its own brand of warm hospitality. With ten (10) years of experiences as a guide, my professional expertise covers both short and long-term hiking as well as offering in-depth education about the surrounding nature and hill tribe culture. My approach is to offer immersive tour experiences wherein you, as my guest, will have the opportunity to see man and mother nature working in harmony in this part of Thailand. Each village visit is unique. Along the route, we will see some elephants co-existing with the locals. We’ll say hello and perhaps bath them as well. I’ve worked in an elephant camp for three years so I am knowledgeable about the ethical ways of engaging with them. On your Bamboo rafting adventure, I will be your captain. You may swim and snap photos … do what you like! Feel free to have fun (because that’s the idea!). I’ll be your host and you’ll be treated like family. And remember, you’ll feel at home at Lahu Village. See you on our next tour!
See you, in a tour.

Our tour takes you on trekking adventures and many other fun activities in the Mae Taeng area, north of Chiang Mai. Here we will visit Mok Fah Waterfall, Pong Daeng Hot Springs (Hauy Nam Dang National Park), Hill tribe villages in the middle of the forest, and the elephant camps. The climax of our tour is the bamboo rafting activity on the Mae Taeng River for over 10 kilometers to see the breathtaking views on both sides of the river.
